just now when im near my block back from sch, one man approach me and asked me if im police and i replied no. he said i look like one from my clothing(but i dont). so i asked him wat happen and he wan to borrow money to take cab to hospital cos his mum in there. than he told me a crap story about he took alot of cabs and the drivers chased him down. he said he have 40Cents only.he wan to borrow $10 from me. than i said how about to approach the nearest NPP? than he like faster change to 'how about lend me 2.40 to take mrt?'than i replied i dont have cash with me and i carry credit card and EZlink card. no cash.he dont even tell me which hospital he going,how to believe him? in d end i nvr lend him. haha. wat do u think? a con? think about it... hehe.
